The women-only class

Friday at 5:30pm. It's a gi class open to all levels, so beginners can join.

Fundamentals classes

The adult Fundamentals classes are open to everyone, including women who have never trained: Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm, No-Gi All Levels on Friday at 6:30pm, and All Levels on Saturday at noon.
