These terms apply to redlandsjiujitsu.com and to the free trial class offered through it. By using the site or booking a class, you agree to them.
The free trial class
- One free trial class per person. Classes are held at Gracie Barra Redlands, 24656 Redlands Blvd, Redlands, CA 92354.
- Class times on this site come from the posted schedule and can change. A booking is confirmed by text.
- Gracie Barra Redlands may ask you, or a parent or guardian for a child, to sign its own waiver before you train. Training there is subject to its rules.
- A parent or guardian must book for anyone under 18.
Physical activity
Jiu jitsu is a contact sport and carries a risk of injury. Check with your doctor before starting if you have any health concerns. You take part at your own risk and should stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
Text messages
When you check the box on the form, you agree to receive text messages about your free class. Message frequency varies, usually under ten per signup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the privacy policy.
The website
The site is provided as is. We try to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it's always complete or current. Don't misuse the site or submit someone else's information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Redlands Jiu Jitsu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the text messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
